canape

thin crust, yellowish white, very creamy texture that goes so far as to spill, intense aroma and flavor, is this rich and unique cheese from Extremadura and in particular the village called Casar de Cáceres. It is made with raw sheep's milk curd is used as a liquid that is derived from a wild thistles that grow in the area. And this dish is said to was found due to chance, or rather to an error, but that if a mistake that turned out to be great, it happened that from time to time to the shepherds out a cheese with a crust too soft and extremely creamy interior and almost liquid, which was to be crushed by the center to take a form reminiscent of cake flour in the region. And hence the name. Clearly the cheese is "atortaba" could not be sold as the times were not pulling anything to ride, I ended up eating the poor pastor who had the bad luck that he was spoiled cheese.
As you can see the Torta del Casar is a great story, and there are written references dating back to 1791, has even served as currency for payment.

'i-catcher Console Web Monitor'

bread, oil and wine may have been the first processed foods in the history of mankind.
In recent years, bread has been discredited, and has been excluded from the diet, accusing him of being a fattening food, but lately it is taking much prestige, and are making lots of different breads, including many restaurants and offered in his letter an important variety of breads.
Also note that says our proverbs, which as we know it is very wise:

"Pan tender and vintage wine, give life to the old"

therefore encourage you with this recipe that I will be delicious.

INGREDIENTS:

° 350 cc of water
• 2 teaspoons salt • 1 teaspoon
sugar
· 40 gr. of yeast
· 600 gr. about bread flour
• A handful of shelled sunflower seeds
• A handful of poppy seeds
• A handful of sesame seeds

PREPARATION:

Templar a little water and put in a bowl . Add sugar, baking powder and salt and mix well. Add the flour gradually passing through a sieve:

Mix with the help of a whisk. Incorporate the seeds and continue beating until evenly mixed throughout. At this point, remove from bowl and knead bien sobre una superficie enharinada.

Preheat oven to 230 ° (less air) and after reaching this temperature, bake the bread for 30 minutes. (If in order to double the volume you have used the oven method at 50 °, it is not necessary that you bring forth bread once you've uploaded, just you go up the oven temperature and horneáis. (If you see that you roast too you lower the temperature at 200 º or tapáis with foil.

Note: It is suitable for the bread does not dry out the oven has moisture, so you must put in a corner of the oven a glass dish with water, and thus not dry bread.
